Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes. We use DHL for orders outside the United States.
Do you ship to Military addresses? A: Yes. We ship to all military addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. We cannot ship by UPS or Fed-Ex to a military address.
Are orders shipped in plain boxes? A: Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, Kraft boxes for utmost discretion.

What if my order is damaged during shipping? A: Contact us here as soon as possible, so our support team can assist and file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packing material, and damaged goods. Please supply a photo of the damaged box, package, and product.
What if I do not receive my item that I was charged for? A: This rarely happens, however, if an error has occurred, please contact our support team here, so our team can investigate the matter and shipping method/tracking. We will work with you for either a replacement or a refund, and filing a claim with the carrier.

Do you have returns or Exchanges of Lingerie? A: We want every customer to fall head-over-heels in love with their order! If you are not satisfied, we will work with you for a suitable solution. Because of the personal and delicate nature of our lingerie, we are legally not allowed to accept returns or exchanges of personal garments. If you have a defective item, contact us here. We only accept returns on defective merchandise. We dispose of the product when it arrives back at our warehouse.
