  4. How are orders shipped? A: we use all major carriers; USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS, and DHL. We use the best carrier for your location, to reach you the fastest.
  5. How quickly are orders processed and shipped? A: We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed. If your order is placed by Noon, Pacific Standard Time (PST) your order will ship the same day. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of when the order was placed. 
  6. Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes. We use DHL for orders outside the United States. 
  7. Do you ship to Military addresses? A: Yes. We ship to all military addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. We cannot ship by UPS or Fed-Ex to a military address.
  8. Are orders shipped in plain boxes? A: Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, Kraft boxes for utmost discretion. 
  9. Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes. Currently, if your order is $100.00 USD and above, your order ships for free. 
  10. What is your standard shipping rate? A: We offer $10.00 USD Flat rate shipping on domestic (US) orders under $100.00 US
  11. What if my order is damaged during shipping? A: Contact us here as soon as possible, so our support team can assist and file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packing material, and damaged goods. Please supply a photo of the damaged box, package, and product.
  12. What if I do not receive my item that I was charged for? A: This rarely happens, however, if an error has occurred, please contact our support team here, so our team can investigate the matter and shipping method/tracking. We will work with you for either a replacement or a refund, and filing a claim with the carrier. 
  13. Is your lingerie high quality? A: We only carry the most prestigious, National brands, including, Oh La La Cherie, Penthouse, Dreamgirl, Rene Rofe, Shirley of Hollywood, Seven Til Midnight, Leg Avenue, Elegant Moments, Fantasy Lingerie, and G-World. We vet and select each brand for their luxury quality materials, eyelash lace, galloon lace, satins, chiffon, premium elastics, hooks, and hardware. 
  14. Do you have returns or Exchanges of Lingerie? A: We want every customer to fall head-over-heels in love with their order! If you are not satisfied, we will work with you for a suitable solution. Because of the personal and delicate nature of our lingerie, we are legally not allowed to accept returns or exchanges of personal garments. If you have a defective item, contact us here. We only accept returns on defective merchandise. We dispose of the product when it arrives back at our warehouse.
